 Beliefs

I have a deep commitment and belief in the inherent wisdom of every soul; I am passionate about activating the wisdom of everyone and especially those who are not always listened to or appreciated.

I believe strongly in a both/and approach not the either/or mentality that I see pervading organizations and individual belief systems.

I truly believe in the value and potential of every soul – that all journeys are valid and important.

Gifts

Helen possesses a deep felt sense of the dynamics of people and situations and has courage to bring these into the light – asking questions not giving answers

Helen will challenge your current perspective, present options and alternatives and then invite you to contemplate and invite you to make a choice for yourself, you will never hear the words should, must or could in these conversations

Helen has an uncanny combination of knowing/seeing the energy of the person or situation and the ability to connect to the bigger and higher perspective

Helen has an ability to synthesize and connect concepts together, is a font of continuous creative and possible ideas and possibilities.

Words to describe Helen

On facilitation:

“this week was a symphony and you were the conductor”,

“brings us back to what’s at hand”

“a wise and watchful eye”

“you have a great gift for explaining things simplistically”

On presence:

“I admire your sweet, gentle and intuitive presence”,

“you are big medicine my friend thank you for the healing, gentle compassion and compassionate grace”

“whole, depth and authenticity, a complete balance of ying and yang”

“calm, compassionate  and gentle yet strong, focused and solid”

On style:

My favourite saying probably will give you a sense of who I am and my style: “Go deep or go home” – I like to go deep into things, I have a challenge with superficial and surface.

I have a commitment to quality; when I commit, I want to be able to really be engaged significantly not at the edges.  I am at my best when I can be engaged fully and am able to understand the full context of the situation.

I am a series of paradoxes - I am a big picture and practical contributor, I am strong and determined while also calm and quiet, I am focused and resolute yet gentle and compassionate.
